I believe in pink

Everything is good in the holiday except the bad weather. It’s raining SATURDAY, SUNDAY, MONDAY, TUESDAY… It’s only a couple days away from Christmas, and then New Year 2016? What did you receive for Christmas gifts? I am definitely looking forward to my 4th Christmas after my marriage. We are so busy these days, mostly with shopping, dinner, and whatever you can think for enjoying the holiday. It’s been such a busy holiday season, and at the same time, we are so thankful for this holiday full of feelings of joy, love, and peace. I have been lagging on my emails and other social media update. Maybe I can get back into my regular routine after Christmas!

I have received a formal dress as a gift from one of my friends. That is surprising as I used to get presents like flowers or cosmetics. My friend has changed her job to MillyBridal,a wedding dress design company located in UK. They really have some masterpieces that I would be love to show you. The color I am in love with is the wedding dresses UK collection in pink rather than the traditional white. The other day I went to do my nails.  I have chatted a lot with the two ladies sat near me, one a young girl in her early 20s, the other one a very old lady. At the end, we found out all of us chose pink colors for our nails! My point is, we love pink, no matter what age we are!

Dinner Time

The gardens south of the Yangtze River are the best under Heaven, and among them the gardens of Suzhou are the Best. These gardens are famous for their tranquil and serene environment, refined layout and exquisite Building skills. Lately I’ve been starting to feel as if I’m growing tired of Suzhou gardens. It feels as if we’ve been everywhere before and tried everything before. When friends come to visit, I find myself suggesting the same restaurants we’ve eaten at a million times. In the areas which I’ve been visited many times last year, the humble administrator's Garden and the Lingering Garden my favorites. But I have started to feel tired and stagnant. I visit them and feel the familiarity of every garden, nothing or nowhere new.
Of course this isn’t really the case. I know that. One thing Suzhou could never be described as is stagnant – it is constantly changing and evolving, and new places, spots and eateries are always arriving. Chengpin bookstore has an opening ceremony last week. Walking down the shopping mall full of cute cafe’s and pubs with customers spilling out onto the streets, I started to feel that giddy excitement that comes with visiting somewhere new that you just know you’re going to love.

So I guess it’s not Suzhou to blame for being tired but us. This year, we’ve got busy. REAL busy. Time is precious, and any of it that is going spare comes with the added pressure of needing to be spent wisely and not wasted. We no longer seem to have the hours free to seek out the new or the exciting or the blink and you’ll miss it, and even when we do, we don’t seem to have the energy to enjoy them. Instead of being at the front of the pack – trying out the new places before anyone else has and passing on the recommendations to others – we’re at the back – taking those recommendations to make sure when, on the rare occasion, we do eat out we’re heading somewhere that’s worth our time and our spend. Life seems to have got in the way, and Suzhou has become just a place to live rather than a place to explore.

How Could There be Such Amazing Wedding Dresses in this World?

This wedding dress is really really beautiful beyond words. How can I use those plain words to describe it? Beautiful? Exquisite? Sexy? No, it is more than that. It is the unit of all the amazing words in the world.
I am always fond of lace-up back details. Such back makes a simple style dress complicated and exquisite, suitable for any important events. The corset-like upper part reshapes the wearer’s body and shows the feminine curves, slimming the waist and exaggerating the bust and hips. The lace-up back also shows the wearer’s flawless skin. This dress could be made into strapless. However, with the spaghetti straps, that gown looks even more elegant and splendid.
How much I would like to just put the picture in this post. Then no excess words can hide the beauty of this wedding dress. And you, the best and prettiest people, can spend the time that you planned to read the post on enjoying every part of the dress. You might think I am crazy. Yes, this luxurious gown drives me crazy. I am in love with it.
The dress looks like the most beautiful garden. Blowing flowers are growing in full glorious bloom at the upside while other flowers flourish down. These appliques embellished at the gown are finely manufactured and look like real flowers. The tulle also makes the whole dress like a picture. The tulle is the river. Flowers float in the river and flows slowly with the water. This wedding dress is so so amazing.
There are many beautiful flowers on the gowns. Different from the former one, all the embellishments on this dress are white. The floral appliques are all over the gown including the waist. And the part I like the most is the neckline. The flowers at the top of the dress make the strapless neckline superior to all other strapless ones. I also need to point out that the dress has a train who may just be suitable for the first wedding.
A simple style wedding dress may appeal to most people. The covering on the dress is airy enough to emphasize the wearer’s beauty. This dress may suit for a beach wedding. The sea wind blows, and the gown flies with the wind.
This one may have occurred in your dream. Soft fabric, pure white color and pretty hair style. Now enjoy these amazing dresses by yourself.

A Glimpse of the Desirable Wedding Dresses

Hello, chics! Here I come back again to talk with you about some charming wedding dresses.
You might know I am a wedding dress addict. I love all kinds of beautiful wedding gowns even though I have been married. I enjoy searching for beautiful wedding gowns at free time. Sometimes I wish I were still a young girl so that I could wear a new wedding dress. Now wedding dresses are becoming more and more beautiful. The wedding dress designers add some really attractive elements to the dress to make the wedding gowns unique and shining. I can’t stop my wow when seeing these dresses.
Lace, the forever in fabric for wedding dresses, is the most important icon in a wedding. We do not know why such a little piece of clothing can have the magic to make one common dress dreamlike. Lace appliques blossom like flowers around the brides or the brides-to-be. Lace flows when the wearer moves or the breeze comes. What a beautiful scene! So how ladies resist the temptation of lace and lace wedding dresses?

Sweetheart neckline perfectly shows the sexy body line of the brides. With the ribbon around the waist, you absolutely show the best look that day. Such a dress which reshapes the figure in a perfect way is even better than a one-month weight reduction program.

Ha-ha. I suddenly find that all the wedding dresses I show you here have a train. A wedding dress with a train looks classic and kind of vintage. No matter the sweep, the chapel or the Cathedral, the train satisfies your needs to be a princess in your wedding. Imagine that you walk slowly to your man with all the guests’ eyes on you. Your wedding dress touches the ground softly. Isn’t it amazing?
However, the train is not suitable for all brides. Brides cannot wear wedding dresses with a train for a vow renewal or a second wedding. But do not worry dear. Here is another amazing choice from Millybridal!
Tea length shows vaguely your thin legs. Unique neckline shows your sexy collar stone but suggests your elegance. Ribbons around the waist perfectly embellish the wedding dress.

These are all my favourite wedding dresses I have found these days. If you have your opinion, please do not hesitate to tell me. I am more than happy to know more charming wedding dresses UK style.

Happy Wedding Anniversary

I have written something about our first and second wedding anniversary. It seems like a tradition to share something on the memorable day.

Youthful or inexperienced, I am learning to be a good wife and a good mum. I see decade-long marriages fail from our loved ones. Marriage is trying and growing together and growing to be a better woman is often uncomfortable or even painful. I have learned from the film Cinderella. “Be kind and have courage.” I am trying to be less selfish, more considerate, and always generously with love and kindness in our marriage.

When I think about the little anniversaries in our life, our first date, our first kiss, the first time we said “I love you”, I think I might enjoy these small markers even more than our wedding anniversary. These things are the things we’ve built everything on. And later, the first time I introduced him to my family; our first weekend away, our first fight.I of course don’t have most of these dates jotted down, but when I think back to them, I can pull them out of the depths of the past decade and recall specific details if I try hard enough. The skirt I wore. I can even remember what he write in the letter from him.

To have someone who sees you and gets you and accepts you, who has seen the very worst parts of you, who has been everything to you, and who has let you be you, to be the best you you didn’t even know was inside of you…that is a special, special thing. 3 years represents so much- hard work and good times (and bad times) and everything in between. It’s a period of great growth and change. It’s a deep, passionate, quiet, comfortable love. It’s holding someone in your arms, in all of their flawed imperfection, and saying “I see you. All of you. And I love you all the same.”
I am not going to write a blog post to show off the happy marriage life as happiness is always in the other’s eyes. Instead, I am going to write the little things I love and the small things that count.

Ahem, and so I’ll begin.

Dear Ethan (Cheng, Orange, Husband),

I love that you’re a good dad to Ivan, though he clearly likes me more than you. Boys love mama when they’re still kids. He is learning from you everyday. I am glad of that as you would be a good example.

I love that you drive me to and from work for three years.

I love that you don’t complain when I let my dirty or clean clothes pile up in laundry baskets or in our bedroom.

I love that you are good at cooking lobsters. And when you tell me not to eat all of them after you finish the cooking. (Wink)

I love that you do me a favor when I am carrying a heavy shopping bag.

……

I love that, for the most part, you get me.

Love,

Hannah

I received a bunch of red roses for the first wedding anniversary. I would be excited if I can receive a gift for the 3rd wedding anniversary as there’s no gift for the second anniversary. Keep your expectations to a minimum and you’ll be less disappointed that way.

Wedding Dresses 2015 Designs inspired by Emma Watson Red Carpet Looks

From catwalk looks straight to red carpet outfits, Emma Watson is above all a question of style. This post is about to share the red carpet looks of Emma from the opening day. From my point of view, she actually likes doing her own makeup. Not saying she doesn't get help, but she likes natural beauty most, and only partakes in fashion for the joy of it, not to be trendy.

In 2010 at the Met Gala in New York

In 2012 at The Perks of Being a Wallflower premiere in Hollywood

Emma Watson adds a hit of texture to her ever-evolving style with this fun feathered skirt frock

Our Partial Wedding Time Line ♥

My first article for August. Weeehhh!

Time flies so fast, and before we know it, it’s our wedding already. Since we’re complete with our suppliers, Mark and I decided to make a time line for the rest of the wedding preparations. And hopefully, we carry out these tasks without experiencing any problems along the way – most especially with the processing of our documents. I heard from a lot of B2B’s too, that acquiring a confirmation certificate is stressful to boot. There are times that the church where they had their confirmation doesn’t acknowledge or couldn’t find their records. So I am hoping and praying that we wouldn’t encounter such problems like these.

Time line:

August – mom said that she will take care of getting a copy of my baptismal & confirmation certificate.

September – request copies of NSO Birth Certificate; Mark’s turn to request copies of baptismal & confirmation certificate
-          1st trial make up with our HMUA – (My HMUA will try different looks and check what suits me best; geeee I am so excited. I want curly hair!!!)
-          Scheduled meet & greet of our families

October – meet up with the florist and visit the hotel so we can discuss the flowers that will be used to ornate the place.
-distribute Save-the-Date cards (granted that our Photographer will be able to do the layout & printing on time)

November – gown fitting for the entourage & for my gown too! =)

December – Interview with the priest at Don Bosco!!!
-          Do layouts for invitations

January – meet up with Norly Dizon & our OTD to discuss the wedding program

February – submit songs to Velvet Musicale
-          Layout for Photobooth

March – request for Marriage License & Cenomar
                -distribute invitations; print misalletes

April – get the wines from supplier, buy accessories etc

May  - RELAX! & of course, pay the balances! =)
         - rehearsal

Obviously, the list isn't complete yet, and we still have lots of things to settle. But hopefully everything would turn out so well. We are so happy that Mark and I are beyond the wedding time line we have, and good thing, we started looking for wedding suppliers at an earlier time, so we don’t have to cram that much. For sure if I didn’t start looking for suppliers last December, wedding date would be moved at a later time – most especially that I am a fickle-minded bride ;)
