Suppliers Review: Ysabela Florist (Entourage Flowers)

Rating: óóóóó (5 stars)
Rates undisclosed

One of the photographers thought this was my wedding bouquet
so they took a picture of it beside my Bride sign. Pretty, eh? :)
I consider Ysabela Florist as one of the most considerate suppliers we have booked for our wedding. They have revised our contract a couple of times, not because of me, acting as the fickle-minded bride, but rather the cost effective bride. :D When we first talked to them, Mark and I said that we are going to get the services for the church set up; then changed to reception set up. But due to the fact that our wedding expenses became more costly than what we have expected, Mark and I decided to book them as our supplier for wedding entourage flowers. After all, our package with Don Bosco and Great Eastern Hotel already includes the floral decoration.

I love the way how they made the entourage flowers, even my throw bouquet, where most of the people who went to my room before the wedding day, thought that my throw bouquet is my actual wedding bouquet. Even my mom, who isn’t a big fan of wedding bouquets, was really impressed with it, and she even wanted to hold it during the procession. The wristers they made for our female entourage were also beautiful. Though the colors they used didn’t match our wedding motif, it still looks really okay. Besides, I didn’t coordinate with them that much in terms of the colors and type of flowers they are going to use. I wasn’t really that particular with the colors, most especially that I do not have enough knowledge with the types of flowers. :D

Dressesofgirl.com Video Reviews

I posted some dresses from a online seller - Dressesofgirl last month. Many girls ask me whether this online seller is reliable. Sure it is. I have found some Video Review for this website, and would be love to share their honest reviews with you. It is not just my opinion now. The beads can shining brightly in the sunshine or the lights. And the lines and the size are perfect, too. I fell in love with dresses at my first sight. Hope you girls would love it, too.

Celebrity Inspired Long Prom Dress Looks- Whimsical Prom Fashion Trends

Have you ever watched what the celebrities wearing in the music festival? I really love the fashion trends sported by the celebrities when I try to find how to be desired-party chic in a long dress at my prom.

Flower crown is the fashion icon for the music festival. This flower crown look with a long prom dress would an absolute to-die-for look for any outdoor prom. It can match well with loose curls and romantic braid, or formal up-dos. I have seen many celebrities: Vanessa Hudgens (one of my favorites), Emmy Rossum, and Bella Thorne in these flirty look. I would be happy to turn all their red carpet styles to my own prom style.

Vanessa Hudgens is wearing dangle earrings. Most teen girls like my friends will choose a chandelier earring or a simplistic stud for prom. They will choose different styles according to the different prom dresses they are wearing. I have found a handmade bohemian chic earring for my whole look and try to stand out among the large array of the sparkly silver chandelier-clad lobes.

As I mentioned in the beginning, I plan to showcase my own style. Then, I found a fantastic fringe. These small accessories are totaling hot for this spring. I have added some fun fringe accents on my long prom dress to complete the whole prom look as its grungy hippie roots. It can still look good to dress formal with some hippie elements for my prom.

Aside from the nail art, I prepared a sparkly ring that could shine brightly under the lights. Many girls know to buy beautiful earrings, wrist cuffs, or statement necklaces. But few of them would choose rings the main jewelry accent for their prom. This idea is totally doable. I wear two statement rings and midi rings in colors that compliment my prom dress.

Do the trick with sandals. It is so nontraditional to wear sandals rather than heels as the girls may feel awkward when choosing a flat shoe. But not everyone could walk elegant in a sexy pair of high heels. So embrace the amazing and comfort sandals.

That would be all the tricks to help the teen girls to win the prom queen. Don’t forget to wear a dramatic lip. Go the boldest of the bold. Go big with a deep plum. Go daring with va-va-voom red, and even pastel orange!

Prom Tutorial: Hair, Makeup, and Dress! // Kat Winslow

Teen Bloggers go bold yet vintage in a Long Prom Dress from Dressfashion

Hello everyone, I am Hannah, a teen blogger searching for my perfect prom dress now. Only the one who is going to wear a prom dress knows what’s in style and which prom dress would be trendy in 2017. I am a teen fashion writer, and I have been blogging for 5 years since I am still a little girl. This dress reseller Dressfashion reaches out me to ask whether I could share some experience about what’s trending now this year.

Now the prom season is not officially begun. But many of my friends have been looking for one thing already: long dresses – lot of gorgeous long prom dresses. I am shocked by all these stunning tulle prom dresses online. Many girls prefer classic & elegant style prom dresses, so this year, I am seeing elegance would be one of the prom dress trends. Long prom dresses with more structure and cutouts are much preferred by girls in my age. And the bright colors, romantic lace, and chic embellishments are so much loved by my classmates.
From my sharing and loving from my Facebook, Pinterest and weheartit.com, I see a return of more sophisticated prom looks. I am checking everything’s going on Instagram and Twitter. Some of the teen celebrity dresses are influencing our teen girl’s choices of prom dress and makeup. But sometimes, they look too hot for young girls. Some teens are extremely aware of styles and fashion, and pay more attention to, watch other people’s looks and turn them into their own styles. In fact, in my first prom, I chose a classic look and showcased a more feminine look. This year, I tried to find a vintage long prom dress inspired from the 1930s in a second-hand dress store. When I saw this dress at the first sight, I fell in love. It has a shining hand-beaded bead and the light pink color look like the first love bubbles. This vintage long prom dress will never be out of fashion.
I don’t want to choose a mini body-con prom dresses that are super tight and short. Prom is one of the most big, special and formal night for me. I would be love to choose a dress that can be remembered in the rest of my life. When I see girls wearing mini dress, I believe they are too informal for the special night, though they also tried to look good for that.

Colorful Weekend

Hello, Darlings!

It’s already November now, and the holidays are coming. I am so excited that these holidays bring some of the best sales of the year. During the great sale, I have bought a Kindle to keep a good reading hobbit. And I absolutely love it. Anyone who would be love to recommend some books are much welcomed.
Have you ever noticed that the sale season has come earlier this year? When shop early, there are more styles and size to choose from. But if I wait to shop later, I can always get a better price if there is still the perfect size. When I choose a dark color dress, my husband always prefer to see me wearing pink. Last Saturday, I purchased two jackets at reasonable prices for the upcoming winter. The easy method way to match my jacket is a pink floral dress. Pink or blush is also my favorite color. This color suits me well, and easier to match other items in my wardrobe.

Time for Blings - Prepare for the New Year Eve

When I was a little girl, I so look forward to the Christmas holidays and New Year Eva. It has about a month’s holiday waiting for me. The 4-week holidays seem to be the most cheerful time in the whole year.

The precious time at the end of the year always passes so quickly. I like the holiday because of that kind of feeling to be thankful and relaxed. And mostly, I love to watch most of the girls will dress up with big smiles for the New Year Eve.

Suppliers Review: Picsteria (Photobooth)

Photobooth: Picsteria óóóóó (5 stars)
Rates: 4,900 (3 hours unlimited printing, customized backdrop, free props and 1 attendant)

Mabentang mabenta ito sa guests namin & they really enjoyed posing in the booth!

Hubby and I found out about Picsteria during the Theme’s & Motif bridal fair but didn’t get the chance to book them on the spot. Few months after the said fair, I contacted them again, and ask if we can still book them with the rates they have offered us during the event. The owner was kind enough to accommodate us, and gave us the same price they offered on the fair.

To be honest, I had a hard time trying to get in touch with the owner because he seldom replies via email. I had to text him first and let him know that I sent him an e-mail just so he can send the information that I am asking from him. (like the updated contract and the layout of the backdrop).

Even if their rates are really reasonable as compared to other photobooths in the market, the prints are long-lasting and it doesn’t fade just like the others. The sample that we got from them during the fair still looks the same. Colorful padin =)

Too bad hubby and I weren't able to enjoy it as much as our guests did. We were too busy, and we only had 1 keepsake from them. ♥ I also wanted to have as much pictures with my friends during our wedding, but since we had to attend to our guests, I never had the chance to take pictures with them on the booth. :D

Goodbye 2015, Hello 2016!

My new year comes with happiness. On the first day of the New Year 2016, I come to witness the marriage of my friend Olivia.

Ten years ago, Olivia totally hated marriage, just like Max in Two Broke Girls. She might never imagine that she would marry someone then. But Frankie showed up and changed her. I am so glad that Olivia can marry to a man who loves her, heart and soul. Olivia smiles all the time on her wedding day.

And here are some wedding dresses UK we choose before her wedding:

These are totally different ones:
1.    The first one is strapless and mermaid. Olivia has an attractive figure and she should obviously put mermaid dresses in the first place. Only the mermaid silhouette can show up her sexy curves. And this one will not be too tight to make her feel uncomfortable. Besides, the exquisite lace applique really appeals to Olivia’s taste. The dress shows the wear’s elegance with a slight touch of royalty. So it takes some time for us to decide which one to choose.

2.    The second one is the ball gown without sleeves. Lace on the shoulders make the dress kind of vintage. And the designer chooses the ball gown silhouette to suit the retro shoulder details. And if you think it's an elegant style dress, you are wrong. The back part is partially transparent decorated with floral applique. The belt round the waist “reshapes” the body. So this one is really elegant front, and sexy back.

3.    The greatest characteristic of the third bridal gown is the ruffles below the waist. The silhouette is princess style. But the ruffle flowers make the dress like the ball gown. And I thought it was taken from the fashion show when I and Olivia first saw the dress. There are so many layers at the lower part. And the back is lace-up. Lace-up is always my favourite back detail.

4.    To me, the last one is the most fashionable one. The hemline is court train. All the layers are made of different fabrics including lace, tulle and fur. And the floral appliques are really amazing. Olivia and I love this dress even more after clicking the dress and seeing the pictures of the lace flower. Around the waist, there is a ribbon. But the only thing is that the colour is Ivory while Olivia needs white.

Although all these dresses are amazing, we still have to choose one. So here I have a question for you. Do you know which one Olivia chose? The first, the second the third or the last one.

And goodbye chics. Happy New Year!
